Hospitality Advisor to The Alliance Group

 

The Alliance Group is a well-respected owner and developer of commercial property within the Black Sea region. Since 2015, McInerney Hospitality has been their hospitality advisor on these projects:

  • Courtyard By Marriott Batumi – 150 rooms

  • Alliance Palace, 1100 condominiums

  • Marriott Batumi Hotel - 157 rooms

  • Alliance Privilege, 1200 condominiums

  • Alliance Kobuleti Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, 200 rooms

  • Alliance Kobuleti 2000 condominiums

  • Alliance Highline, 1000 apartments

  • Wyndham Garden Hotel – 160 rooms

  • Hyatt Centric Boulevard Batumi hotel – 180 rooms

    McInerney Hospitality will manage the Alliance Privilege and the Alliance Kobuleti            condominium complexes, as well as the Marriott Hotel and the Hilton Garden Inn.

 

 

Currently, McInerney Hospitality manages the Marriott Courtyard Batumi Hotel now owned by  Sunshine Hospitality and Management LLC.

Projects that we have or are currently supporting as a consultant, opening, and/or management are:

  • Opened and Managed the Museum Hotel, Tbilisi, Georgia.

  • Open and managed the Wyndham Grand Hotel Tbilisi for City-M, Tbilisi, Georgia

  • Joint Stock Company BSK Boutique Hotel on Marjanishvili Avenue in Tbilisi, Georgia.

  • Boli Wellness Resort Cottages, Tsavkisi Valey, Georgia.

  • Magnika LLC (Medi Group) medical and wellness clinics in Shekvetili, Georgia on the Black Sea.

​Key Management Hospitality Management LLC completed the following hotel projects either as a consultant, opening, and/or management in association with Mcinerney Hospitality International LLC:

  • Opened and Manage the King Gorgasali Hotel in the Ortachala District of Tbilisi, Georgia.

Consultant to Municipal Development Fund of Georgia and the World Bank (May 2014 – November 2015)

McInerney Hospitality International LLC and KMS LLC lead the Consultancy Services for Workforce Development and Capacity Building for the Tourism and Hospitality Industry in the Kakheti Region of Georgia. We trained hotel and Restaurant workers, retail wine store clerks, and mountain and urban tour guides in customer service. The School of Hospitality Leadership is located within the prestigious De Paul Driehaus College of Business. It was established with a $7.5 million gift from the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. The Boston University program prepares students for leadership in hotel management, food service, travel and tourism, and entertainment, without ever losing sight of the human connection, the foundation of all hospitality. Along with an innovative hospitality curriculum students are required to fulfill 800 hours of work experience plus international experience.

Consultant to the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute

McInerney was a consultant and the interim chief operating officer responsible for developing a strategic plan to facilitate its restructuring, positioning, and sale.  It was sold to the National Restaurant Association on January 31, 2017, The Educational Institute provides online learning – currently used in over 15,000 hotels worldwide, training DVDs, videos, distance learning programs and certification for the hotel industry.
